Howard Lane Senior Secondary School is a co-educational, English-medium school on the Chabhal–Amritsar Road in Tarn Taran, serving children from Pre-Primary through Class XII.
Howard Lane was founded with a simple promise to the families of Tarn Taran: that every child who walks through our gates will be known, challenged and cared for. Today, that promise shapes everything we do — from the first nursery rhyme to the final board exam.
We are affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and offer a holistic curriculum that balances academic rigour with sport, art, music and service. Our campus offers spacious classrooms, well-equipped science and computer laboratories, a library, and large play areas.

Smart classrooms, well-equipped labs and an evolving digital curriculum — including the careful introduction of Artificial Intelligence this year — make sure our students are ready for the world they will inherit.
